Next four games for Chelsea after this Monday: Everton (17th), Liverpool (22nd), Man U (26th), Liverpool (30th). Chelsea is three points behind Man U for first and Everton is three points behind Liverpool for fourth in the league. So Chelsea has their work cut out for them for the rest of April, especially with their third string keeper playing. At least Liverpool will provide an easy through to take Barcelona or Man U in the finals.

One man went to mow, went to mow a meadow. One man and his dog went to mow a meadow...
it will be tough to get results over the next couple week, but we're going to at least see manU to a draw at Stam bridge. at least. I mean we're going to beat them... we're going to beat them with Hilario at net facing two of the most dangerous attackers in the EPL (one of them being the most dangerous in the League). we're going to beat them... at least draw. Hopefully Drogba will decide to show up and play team.
Drogba's a pussy, i wish Grant would start Anelka.
ok so chelsea drew to wigan, ridiculous, but here was goal.com's player rating of Essien in the match:
8.0 - Chelsea’s best starter. Scored, but did so much more. Great attitude and technique. Grant would benefit with ten more personalities like his.
and I admit my error in suggesting Anelka for the start. He started in the Wigan match, and apparently didn't play so well beyond a few good attempts and touches. I still think he should start more often, I suggest starting Joe Cole with Anelka for more attacking presence, because Anelka does well with support.
