AFTF Flyer for Dissemination

So far I've posted mostly in restaurants and coffee shops, and a few random businesses. I'm going to try and hit campus buildings at the beginning of this week, and I've also shrunk the flyer to a handout size...I think people are more like to attend if they are engaged and invited personally...just thinking about where and when is opportune for a "handout campaign". Also, does anyone know if it's against Appalcart policy to hang flyers in the bus stops? I did a few, but I think they may have been taken down.
Any other ideas?

I'm down with doing it Friday, if everyone else agrees. I figure most kids will be back by then and of course we can and should still get the regular townfolk.

Also just want to throw back out there the idea to have meetings on both Sunday and Monday coming up, and maybe watch and discuss the film on Sunday to "brush up" couldn't hurt.

Also, I called AppalCart and they said we can post our flyers as long as they are removed after the event. I respect that, and I'm about to head over to the library to print some materials off.

Cool, I'm excited and I hope we can get a lot of people out there.

Friday's good for me. I'm a bit disappointed though - it looks like we'll be relegated to the campus and King street. I can't find anywhere around town that will let us hand out flyers (due to "no solicitation" rules).
Downtown is having an artwalk tomorrow evening, it starts between 5:30-6:30, and it's supposed to be well attended. Is that a good time for anyone?

I like the idea of meeting on Sunday and Monday, I think it would help the showing go better. On that note...I've been drawing up some rough ideas for a handout to give attendees as they leave the theater. So, everyone be thinking about what to put on it (resources, websites, etc). I think it's important because it's the last thing we'll leave with them.

Lastly, this is the list of campus buildings that I never made it to:

Smith-Wright Hall
Welborn Hall
I.G. Greer Hall
Quinn Center
Owens Field House
Broyhill Music Center
Student Union (give to information desk)
Kiosk (Duck Pond Field)

If someone is in the area, could you post in these spots? Thanks!

Hey guys...I'll be on King St. starting about 5:30. If anyone finds at the last minute that they can come, let me know (919.612.4204). I'll have plenty of handouts and we can divide and conquer.
