It's interesting how the very last quote of this article is Hotz pleading that the report is "not even saying that all militias are bad." And yet, it spent its entire eight pages using language such as "extremists", and providing an extensive list of their violent activities.

I hardly think it's intended that the law enforcement officers finish reading this document and have a "neutral" opinion of militias. Hmm, that must just have sounded good to tell the AP....
